Haarwood has set a goal to offer high quality, guaranteed and effiective service for private, corporate and State owned forest management. Haarwood’s success has been its people who sustain constantly high work ethnic, company’s long-term relationships with our partners, which are built on trust, and special company’s inside training for achieving better results, which all in turn creates new business opportunities for us in the future.

We expect out of them who come to work for and with us, willingness to be teachable, readiness for teamwork and above all- love for forest work. Certainly, license to work with a trimmer, power saw, etc would be needed, and previous work experience will benefit as well.

We offer work in Estonia and for those who have advanced, also in abroad (currently in Finland). Mainly, we work with sub-contractors (self-employed or company), and in some cases we employ people with short or longer term contracts. For self-employed sub-contractors Haarwood offers also book-keeping service if that should be needed.
